thumbs up to that! Time to upgrade the lift at Highland... Gwinny and Miles: Saint and Sinner! true....true ...this diet also mentions things like fruit, carrots and "kefur" so i'm out.. One thing to keep in mind: our primitive warrior/hunter/gatherers lived to be about 28 yrs old...food for thought- dooh! pun intended I ride at highland a lot. It is great. But this sounds like you have to have the right "all mountain" rig to do this. If the DH seeding is on the DH race track they have- you woud kill your XC bike on that and ODB/lower Threshold. And your dh bike would kill YOU trying to climb up Easy Rider.
My (dumb) question is: can you switch bikes befor the climb to the top at the end!?!?!? I'm sure it's a lot longer but it looks like Highland's track in NH- root to root to rock etc
